The charming town of Hermann, Missouri, will host the highly anticipated Blue Oval Rally on August 21 22, 2026. Celebrating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, this event promises a memorable weekend for car enthusiasts especially those who love Ford vehicles.
Registration
Pre-registration for the Blue Oval Rally is now open. Please use the official registration link to access the form. Be aware of scams—there is only one official link, and this is it.
Please also remember the appetizer and dinner on Saturday night. We will need a head count in advance. Only 100 spots are available; any additional reservations will be placed on a waiting list.
If you plan to purchase a shirt, please reserve it by July 31.
Special Announcement
The Midwest Blue Oval Club is celebrating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. To help commemorate this milestone, we will be donating back to participants a total of $250, awarded across three places.
Event Highlights
Friday features driving events, lunch at the Hermann Wurst Haus, a wine trolley tour, and dinner at the Concert Hall & Barrel Bar.
Saturday features a showcase of antique, classic, and modern Ford-bodied and Ford-powered vehicles. You’ll see vintage favorites and newer models that highlight the brand s legacy and innovation.

Food
Grab a bite from Hauling Eats (known for its smashburgers) and Homestyle Eats, which will also serve breakfast. Restaurants along the show route will be open, too.
Raffle items will be located near the announcer’s booth on E. 4th St. and Schiller St., in front of the German School Museum.
After the show, dinner will be provided for the first 100 people who sign up in advance (buffet style dinner and cash bar, no outside beverages allowed). There is a $15 per person admission. We’ll wrap up the evening with a pub crawl.
Activities
Activities kick off on Friday morning at Riverfront Park with a timed driving event, followed by lunch and awards at the Hermann Wurst Haus. In the afternoon, enjoy a wine trolley tour and a country drive. Friday evening dinner will be at the Concert Hall & Barrel Bar (at your expense).
Saturday morning starts at 8 AM with the car show. Arrive early for the best spots. If you’d like to park as a group, please arrive together. Once everyone is parked, the noon activities will begin.
Location and Accessibility
The rally takes place in the heart of Hermann a town known for its wineries, historic architecture, and scenic views. The event location is easy to reach by car, and ample participant parking will be available. If you’re traveling from out of town, Hermann offers accommodation for a range of preferences and budgets. The Vinchester Inn is the host hotel.
Places to stay
The Vinchester Inn is sold out. We have secured several other locations for people to stay.
If you want to stay at a hotel that is at the entrance to the show, the Hermann Crown Suites is offering a 15% discount on all their rooms.. They are an associate sponsor of the Blue Oval Rally. You will need to call 573-486-2662 to reserve the room and let them know you are coming to the show to recieve the rate.
We have another option if you are going to stay in Hermann for the Blue Oval Rally. The Nestle Inn, (aka Harbour Haus) is offering $10 off per night on their king and queen rooms and $15 off per night for their deluxe rooms. You will need to call them to get this rate. Their location is 2 blocks from the show entrance. The Nestle Inn has also become one of our sponsors for the Blue Oval Rally.
If you want to stay at a motel that is not far from the show, the Hermann Motel is offering a special rate for a couple of types of rooms. A standard room will be $140 per night and a deluxe room will be $166 per night. These prices do not include taxes. You will need to call 573-222-5117 and let them know you are coming to the show to recieve the rate.

Participation
Planning to participate? Please register your vehicle in advance and save $5.00 off the gate admission in the link above. Spectators are encouraged to attend free of charge. It’s a family-friendly event for all ages.
