Countdown to the Blue Oval Rally

The appetizer and dinner is sold out. It is also being relocated to the Hermann Rod and Gun Club on state route 19 just south of Hermann. There was an overwhelming number of people who have signed up and placed on a waiting list. The Hermann Rod and Gun Club has graciously donated to us the facility to have our activities there. We are working on transportation from the Vinchester Inn to the Hermann Rod and Gun Club for those who don’t want to drive to the new location and back.

The shirt orders have been placed. If you ordered one, it will be waiting for you at registration. There will be some extra shirts available at the show if you need an extra one or have not placed an order.

Registration remains open for those who have not registered already. The first 120 who register will receive a goody bag so get your registration in soon before it closes and the goody bags are gone.

Due to the number of cars and people going to the Auto World Museum in Fulton MO, we have relocated the gathering point from Casey’s to the Riverfront Park. This will make it much easier to get everyone out of town faster and orderly. The time to be at the Riverfront Park is 1:20. We are working with the Hermann Police Department for traffic control.

Upcoming Blue Oval Rally Event in Hermann, MO

The picturesque town of Hermann, Missouri, is set to host the highly anticipated Blue Oval Rally on August 22, 2025. This event is celebrating its 10^th Anniversary and promises to be a significant gathering for car enthusiasts, particularly those with a passion for Ford vehicles.

Online Registration

Online pre-registration is now live. There are some items that you will need to select to make sure you get those items. The appetizer/dinner after the show has a limited number of seats. The event t-shirt will need to be ordered by August 4th. There will be a limited number of event t-shirts at the show.

Event Highlights

• Friday will consist of a couple of driving events, lunch at the Hermann Wurst Haus, the famous wine trolley tour and dinner at the Concert Hall & Barrel Bar.
• Saturday sees a showcase of Antique, Classic and Modern Ford bodied and powered vehicles: Expect a splendid display of both vintage and contemporary Ford models, celebrating the legacy and innovation of the brand.
• Meet and Greet with Enthusiasts: This rally provides an excellent opportunity for attendees to mingle with fellow Ford aficionados, share stories, and exchange knowledge about their beloved vehicles.
• Vendor Stalls: A variety of vendors will be present, offering automotive parts, accessories, memorabilia, and more, ensuring that attendees can find everything they need for their Ford collections. If your business would like a vendor spot, please contact us below.
• Food: Savor a diverse selection of food options from Hauling Eats with their famous smashburgers along with Homestyle Eats who will also be selling breakfast and Theo’s Gyro’s. There are a variety of restaurants along the show route to also visit.
• There will be a variety of raffle items that will be located near the announcers booth on E. 4th St and Schiller St. in front of the German School Museum.
• After the show will be dinner for the first 70 people who sign up. You must be a paid participant in the show. To cap the evening off, there will be a pub crawl.

Activities

The event activities will kick off Friday morning at the Riverfront Park with a timed driving activity followed by lunch and awards at the Hermann Wurst Haus. In the afternoon, there will be a wine trolley tour and a country drive. Friday evening, dinner will be at the Concert Hall & Barrel Bar.

On Saturday morning at 8AM, the car show kicks off. Get in line early as the best spots will go fast. Remember if you want to park as a group, come as a group. After everyone is parked, the noon time activities will begin.

The event location is easily accessible by car, and ample parking will be available for participants and visitors.
