Would you like to be a vendor at one or more of our shows? Here is your opportunity to join our shows. Midwest Blue Oval Club (MBOC) has four Charity Car Shows in 2026.  The Event Car Show Schedule is displayed below.

 

Vendors can select one or all of our car shows for vendor spaces and pay online or mail-in payment.

 

Payment for vendor spaces is due 30 days before event.  Your payment is refundable up to 20 days before the event.  Your vendor space will not be held until payment is received.  Vendor space for each show is limited.

 

All shows start on Saturday morning at 8:00am for car show entry.

 

Vendors will be allowed to enter the show field at 7:00am and must be in their vendor spot by 8:00am.  Vendors will not be allowed to move vehicles in and out after the show field is open to car show entry.   Vendors will not be allowed to bring tear down vehicle in until after show is over unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

 

 

Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies and power.  If vendor plans to use a canopy it  must have weights to hold down.  MBOC reserves the right to deny any canopy from being set up if it is windy or if the canopy could potentially cause a hazard to any show vehicle or person.   All vendors are responsible for their own insurance and/or acquiring any city license or fees.  MBOC is not responsible for any accident or loss or stolen product from your vendor space.  

 

Goods & services not permitted for sale at a Midwest Blue Oval Club Events (MBOC) are listed below:

 

No alcoholic beverages

No illegal items (firearms, ammunition, etc)

No sexual material 

No anti-semitism, or hate speech

NO products inappropriate for anyone under the age of 21
